1. Reservation information

We collect the name, email address, optional Telegram handle and intended use that you voluntarily submit. Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree so we can respond to your request and prevent abuse.

2. Order and payment information

If you proceed, a payment provider processes payment credentials. We receive transaction status and ordinary order information, not complete card numbers or wallet keys. We collect a delivery name, address and contact method only when needed to fulfill an approved order.

3. How information is used

• Respond to reservations and questions.
• Confirm hardware specifications and availability.
• Process payment, delivery, support, returns and fraud prevention.
• Maintain records required for tax, accounting, disputes and legal compliance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not request, create or store seed phrases or private keys.

4. Sharing

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers such as Formspree, payment processors, delivery carriers, hosting providers and professional advisers, or where legally required. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

5. Retention and security

Reservation data is retained only while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. Order, tax, fraud and warranty records may be kept longer where operationally or legally necessary. Access is limited to people who need the information to serve the order.

No online system is perfectly secure. Do not send wallet credentials, seed phrases, private keys or sensitive identity documents through the reservation form, email or Telegram.

6. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete reservation information by contacting us through the reservation form or @dielast3. We may retain information that must be preserved for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
