Shipping & Private Delivery

1. Founding-batch region

The initial founding batch ships to valid addresses within the United States. International requests may be discussed individually but are not accepted as confirmed orders until taxes, customs, warranty logistics and delivery feasibility are agreed in writing.

2. Preparation and dispatch

We expect to transfer an approved, fully paid order to the carrier within 10 business days, unless a different date is stated with the exact hardware specification. If that date cannot be met, you may accept a revised date or receive a complete refund.

3. Delivery protections

• Plain outer packaging with no crypto, vault or high-value language.
• Tracking and appropriate shipment insurance.
• Signature required unless we agree to another documented arrangement.
• Delivery address collected only after the order specification is approved.

4. Privacy-conscious pickup

Where supported, you may request carrier hold-for-pickup or an eligible pickup location. This reduces exposure at a home or office, but it is not anonymous shipping. Carriers may require a real recipient name, contact information, tracking number and government-issued identification.

5. Address accuracy and loss

You are responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and reviewing the final delivery details. Contact us immediately if tracking shows a problem. Risk does not transfer merely because a label was created; we remain responsible for tendering the correctly addressed package to the carrier and assisting with documented loss or damage claims.

6. Returns

Do not mail a return without instructions. We will provide the destination and packaging requirements. Remove all accounts, wallet data, keys and personal files before shipment. Preference-based returns use tracked and insured shipping at the buyer’s expense; verified defects or incorrect orders are covered by PRIVY.
