Purchase & Return Terms

1. Reservation and deposit

The advertised price is $999 USD. A $99 reservation deposit holds a place in the founding batch and is applied to the purchase price. The deposit is fully refundable before shipment.

Submitting the reservation form does not charge you and does not create an order. We first confirm the exact device model, specifications, expected preparation time and delivery details.

2. Specification approval and payment

You will receive the exact proposed specification before final payment. The remaining $900 USD, plus any disclosed tax or delivery charge, is due only after you approve that specification. We do not begin device preparation until approval and cleared payment.

3. Cancellation before shipment

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the device is transferred to the carrier. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will request your consent to a revised date or cancel and promptly refund the complete amount paid.

4. Thirty-day guarantee

You may test PRIVY for 30 calendar days beginning on confirmed delivery. To return it, contact us before the deadline, remove your accounts, keys and personal data, and follow the supplied return instructions.

• The refund covers the purchase price, including the $99 deposit.
• You pay ordinary return shipping for preference-based returns.
• We pay reasonable return shipping for an incorrect, damaged or materially defective order.
• Optional expedited delivery charges are not refundable unless the return results from our error.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized hardware modification, loss, theft or failure to follow supplied handling instructions is not covered.

5. What PRIVY is—and is not

PRIVY is a hardware preparation service and offline-first operating environment. It is not a custodian, hardware wallet, financial institution or guarantee against loss. We do not create, request, store or recover your private keys or seed phrases. You remain responsible for wallet selection, transaction review, backups and operational security.

6. Hardware faults

Hardware that arrives damaged or develops a verified fault during the first 30 days will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our option, without reducing your rights under applicable law.

7. Contact and acceptance

Questions can be sent through the reservation form or to @dielast3 on Telegram. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of the version of these terms provided with the payment request.

These operational terms are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice and do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
